Congratulations on your purchase of the Beating Burnout course, provided by The Burn Clinic. The terms and conditions for this purchase are described below. 

Program Terms & Conditions:

Payment and Fulfillment:  The course  is paid for in full as agreed upon between The Burn Clinic (also referred to as Coach) and you, the client.  If you fail to complete payment for the course, then there will be no obligation to fulfill full services/ access to the course and this agreement is null and void. Please keep in mind that it is the primary responsibility of the client to utilize the course and any of its associated services and/or materials.

Intellectual Property:  The following provisions shall apply with respect to copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, applications for patents, and patents (collectively, "Intellectual Property").

Company: Any improvements to Intellectual Property, further inventions or improvements, and any new items of Intellectual Property developed by Coach, the Coach/Company’s Employees or the Coach/Company's independent contractors shall be the property of Coach/Company. Coach shall be responsible in maintaining the rights of in such Intellectual Property, including the filing and/or prosecution of any applications for copyrights or patents. If agreed upon, Coach shall sign all documents necessary to temporarily assign the rights to view such Intellectual Property to Client. However, client may not at any time teach or utilize for profit any content from The Burn Clinic curriculum.

Access:  The client will have access to the course for up to 20 weeks, at which time access to the course will become restricted and the client will no longer be provided access to the product. Content development is ongoing. For this reason all content may not be immediately accessible, and content may be added to the course during your access period.

Results: Though we are in a partnership, you are 100% responsible for producing your own results and your decisions are your own.  The responsibility of The Burn Clinic is to guide you and provide tools and strategies for your transformation. 

Refund Policy:  Because of the level of resources that are provided from the start of our services, your purchase is nonrefundable.  However, if you are unable to complete the course and/or coaching due to some extenuating circumstance, your remaining sessions will be put on hold for you to fulfill at any time in the future.
